I have dealt with Nurse for over twenty years and I have always received excellent service.. I have had many different General Motors vehicles and have always had them serviced at Nurse.
My only issue is that they had said the SUV would be ready on Tuesday evening, but wasn't ready until Wednesday at noon. The fact that I wasn't called and notified of this is the reason why I rated this experience 3 stars. I had to call and find this out.

Repear on warranty call back for door painting 2014 equinox 1st did not work
Without a car for a total of 3 days. On 2nd visit in the am Young male staff worker passing through office was excellent. Good greeting. Reminded desk staff to acknowledge my presence (twice). Got call 40 minutes before closing for pick-up . I live in the ne area of Oshawa. Could hardly make it in time, then arrived to an empty office and waited with another customer for over ten minutes.
