Brought in a 2010 vibe for an oil change and when the service people checked the history of the vehicle she saw there was an outstanding recall on the vehicle and she offered to have it down for me while it was there for the oil change. I had already checked with another GM dealer and was told I would likely have to leave the vehicle and then come back and pick it up. This was much quicker and easier the way the Nurse people handled the recall and I was very pleased. Nurse has become my service center of choice.

Came in for an oil change, was directed to the waiting lounge and within 5 mins was asked about all the necessary details and was done in 25 mts - all while I watched the local news. Awesome team Nurse and keep up the good work you will always have my business.
Service was prompt and complete. Waiting area was comfortable. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Overall good experience. Usually my husband brings the car for service but it was easy for me.
