My chrome rims were scratched and damaged by the technicians when they removed my tires to fix leaks.
Three of my chrome rims were damaged/scratched by the technicians when they removed my tires to fix leaking seals and to rotate tires. I can't believe this happened a second time because the last time I had a tire replaced on the 4th rim a year and a half ago they damaged that rim and had to replace it. I was told that I would be contacted by the service manager on Monday and as of today I haven't received a call.

Jillian,
Thanks for taking the time to complete the review regarding your recent experience. I have requested that Steve, our Service Manager, reach out to you today regarding the issue you brought up with your wheels.
I could not believe what you provide for a simple oil and filter change. Vacuum and clean my mats, completed a check list and toped up low fluid levels, washed my truck after, sat and enjoyed a coffee...a back rub would have been nice....lol
I had a complimentary oil change and vacuuming and shampooing done as well tire rotation and recall work. Everything was done satisfactorily and vehicle was ready for me in a shorter period than I had expected.
Always informative, courteous and understanding. Explained the issue completely, and offered the solution, and an estimate of the cost.
Always trustworthy.
I originally went to the service dept. as I had a low tire pressure indication. I thought I would get my oil changed at the same time. Before entering any service lane I asked if I should check in with the mechanical lane or oil one first. I was advised to go into the oil lane and they would in turn address the tire issue. When I was advised the car was ready I asked about the tire and what was the problem. The response was simply we topped up the air without thinking or following my obvious request to find out why was it low. At the point they then put it into the shop and discovered 2 nails in the tire and had it fixed. Then my wife picked up the vehicle and the dash was not reset to the speedometer. Someone had to come out and reset it. I have had this experience before. Normally my service experiences have been good but not this time.
