I took my car in .without an appointment. Kevin Thornton said they would look at it to see what the problem was. Within a few minutes he carefully explained the problem, said it was under warranty and that it would take about forty minutes to fix.In that time frame it was fixed,washed and the paperwork was done. I was on my way.
The dealership was efficient,polite and a pleasure to deal with.
While I understand that I got an oil change and a transmission service, it took a long time. I was surprised that the transmission service was done at a different section and not at the quick lube. I mentioned that the rear suspension was making noise. The quick lube attendant suggested the free multi point inspection. When I finally got the vehicle back she mentioned in passing that the suspension checked out ok and if I thought there was still an issue I could bring it back. The whole reason I mentioned it was to determine if i had to bring it back. I don't have time to bring it in again if it's ok. There wasn't even a mention of the request to look at the suspension on the work order. After the visit, the first time I went to use the windshield washer it didn't work. It is dusty around my home and work and I use it 2-3 times a day. I find it an odd coincidence that the very first time I went to use it after being in for service it doesn't work. It may be just a coincidence but I find it fishy.
Friendly greeting upon check-in. Required shuttle service which was quickly attended to. Dropped off for the day for couple of concerns and was contacted within a few hours with a detailed report and scheduled pick up time. Very quick and efficient service provide by all staff. Very satisfied.
