The service writer I had, Cameron, was honest and told me the schedule was a bit behind and ensured I had a vehicle to replace mine. He als explained what the problem had been and how they fixed it - I really appreciated that.
Air bag warning light was coming on and staying on. The work was completed within the timeframe provided. Wait was estimated at under 2 hours, so I stayed rather than take shuttle home. Chairs in waiting room were comfortable, but I could have used one with a higher back, as I have back issues.
