After having my car serviced and as usual getting very good service we found this time that during the car wash someone washed the mats and the rugs but did not dry the rugs and put the still wet mats on the wet rug which started to smell after a day or so. I am glad that we noticed and dried it ourselves. So now the smell is gone.
Since I started to service my vehicle at Nurse last year, I am happy. Service is not free wherever I take my car for service and I know that I will pay more at the dealership compared to my neighborhood shop, however it is important that my issues are addressed and explained upfront.
I will keep going back to this dealership as long as it stays like this and honours the relationship and the trust that has been built because I believe that the GM dealers knows their cars the best.
honesty is what i appreciate and is what i always get at nurse.service is always great!
from the time I made my appointment to when I got my car back was a good experience.i had my hand brake fixed and tire monitoring pressure system fixed.always nice to pick a nice clean car after work is done also.thanks again.
