Prompt, efficient, kept me up-to-date on repair status while I had breakfast. Provided a free rental car when it was necessary to keep mine for a couple of days. Transfer to rental car provided on site.

hood was left open and 2 interior panels were partially replaced
The hood was left on the first latch, partially open. Two interior panels were not replaced properly, unclipped. One of them is still not clipped in place. The car is in for service today. I will mention this when I return.
My 2014 Silverado truck was in the shop for the OnStar upgrade to 4G. Once Nurse received the required parts and contacted me the install was very fast.

It is a service needed to upgrade the car which I am sure we have not use for unless it was needed for the phone
Everything with Nurse was fine. The problem we had was with On-Star because we aren't computer and tech savvy and we don't even know what to do now. We called On-Star as the sheet said and the girl couldn't even tell us what to do, so nothing is done except after we asked she finally gave us our new phone number.
