Wanted to prepare the van for an upcoming road trip to Vegas and back along Route 66. OnStar indicated that the spark plugs should be looked at. I also had a coupon for a detailing from the rewards program.
Spark plugs, wiring harness, and battery were all replaced. The inside vacuuming was wonderful. I am totally confident that my van will do the trip!!

Installation of ONSTAR equipment and changes to roof of car
My husband Norman takes the car in for servicing and any other needs. We always see Evan Andrews, he has been taking care of all our needs for many years.
When Evan provides us with service we can always be sure it is of the highest quality and always meets our requirements. We also call Evan on occasion if we have questions about our Cadillac.
I cannot say enough good things about Nurse Motors. I have been a customer since about 1960 - the service is consistently good and I would not consider going to another dealer to either purchase a car or for servicing.

I went in for an oil change and before I had been waiting 20 seconds the staff came over to greet me and let me know they would be right with me. When finished they discussed with me a issue that may arise with my car based on tire pressure and informed me that I should ensure that I keep an eye on it and get the tired looked at. They were very helpful and pleasant.

We are repeat customers at Nurse, we have now two vehicles and the big factor for it is the respectful and easy going manner of all we deal with. From sales to service and parts, all provided very good and friendly service.
