Once the problem had been identified the staff were prompt and efficient in realizing a satisfactory resolution. I was fully satisfied with the end result. thank you.

I was in for a recall-I walked over to to Real Canadian to fill in time & came back & all was finished perfectly
I was in for recall check on my Cobalt side sensors. I didn't think it would be a long job so I opted to walk over to the grocery store to fill in time. I wasn't that long but by the time I came back my car was all finished & clean & shiny.

Came in a Friday afternoon for an oil change without an appointment. Promptly greeted and indicated that the service would be taken care of. Indicated the approx length of wait time and asked if I would wait or needed a ride. Service was completed in less time than quoted and car was also washed.
Great staff. Great service.
