had my issue resolved and experienced good customer service
had my air conditioning assessed....and the problem was found and solved. The cabin filter was replaced, but it didn't need replacing (I had just had it replaced 3 weeks earlier), so requested a refund, and received the refund on the labour.
If it wasn't for Shawn Irwin being there, we would not go. Sorry, we are very loyal to this sales person. We tell everyone how honest and very good he is. We just purchased 2 car's from him, on his off day l must say!!! You have a great asset by having him with your team!

Good experience, just disappointed that we have had to return twice now within a month for a similar problem with our truck regarding spark plugs and wiring. Your service workers did their job just an inconvenience for us considering the truck is only a 2014

The staff are always courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.
I have never had a negative experience with any of the service staff I have dealt with. They always explain the work completed and so far my car is running as good if not better than new.
