I purchased a new car after ending my lease. I was very pleased with the overall level of service and attention to detail that was given.

Mitch was knowledgeable, professional and efficient through out the entire process - from initial contact to final delivery. I have always had a very positive experience with sales & service at this dealership.

The sales rep was excellent but when it came to financing i was not very satisfied. I was not to sure what the extra security feature that cost $300. I thought it was something built into the car but after signing the contact i relized when the sales rep was putting stickers on the inside of every car panel it was incase the car was stolen we would get money back to put towards another vehicle. Really a big up sell scam. Like anyone is going to steal my used car with over 100,000 km. As well as the up sell on the paint extras etc. which cost thousands. Even righting a review i am only helping your company and not myself. People should get compensated (money/Cash ) to write a review that is only going to help your company and no one else. Say $20 to $50

I have been a client of Oakville Toyota since 1998. I was looking for a Toyota Corolla for my teenage daughter. The service representative recommend Mitch. I traded in my 2003 Toyota Camry for a 2014 Toyota Corolla. Mitch kept me posted about any available Corolla's as they arrived at the dealership. Mitch was able to find a Corolla Sport with all the "bell & whistles " for my daughter. There was some confusion over the mileage on the car between the time of purchase & delivery, but the issue was resolved amicably. Mitch is a honest sales representative, so I would be happy to recommend him to my friends & family if they want to buy a Toyota.

Mitch is always very helpful, he helped me find the right tires for my car. He was honest & I never feel like he is trying to over sell. This is a very good quality! Always great to deal with you Mitch!
