Excellent service completed quickly and ready when promised.
Our van was in for a “Peace of Mind” service. Michael reviewed that was what we had booked and asked if there was anything else that we were aware of that needed attention. He pointed out that this service had a promotion for a free Mopar oil filter and gave me the price for the service.
As we completed the paperwork he gave me a time that the vehicle would be ready by - barring anything unexpected.
As we finished up I was approached by Ron, one of the shuttle drivers, to see if I needed a ride. As the service was only 1 1/2 hours at the most I went next door and had a coffee.
I came back and headed to the waiting room where I was approached by Donna, the other shuttle driver to see if I needed a ride.
After a little over an hour the van was ready. Ahead of the expected time and spot on with the price.
Whether dealing with Michael or Jeannine it is service like this that, after 233,00 km, has kept me coming back to Wendell Motors.
My wife just stopped in for an appointment I had booked (which she took the day off work to do) to have our van’s oil change done and to inspect a loud whining sound when the van starts up. When she arrived she was told that 1. We didn’t book the whining inspection, and 2. The vehicles are sent off to an “unlicensed mechanic” to have the oil changes done so they couldn’t do it anyway, and that she would have to bring it back another day. Which I find a bit surprising since when I booked the appointment (yesterday) the person I spoke with on the phone said they were “wide open” and I could pick whatever time I want.
I think from now on we are going to take our business elsewhere because I can just as easily take it to an “unlicensed mechanic” myself and not have to pay the dealership a markup to do so. And on top of that my wife really didn’t appreciate the eye rolling and brush off attitude she was given by the person in service she was dealing with, who I won’t mention here.

I am sorry your recent visit to our service department was disappointing. Our Maintenance Tech's and Service Tech's work on 2 different schedules. Repair work, inspections and warranty issues are booked for Service Tech's and quick services like oil changes, tire rotations or filter replacements are booked with the maintenance techs and are generally done while you wait. Although not licensed they are factory trained like our Service Techs. I checked our appointment log and we only had your vehicle scheduled for an oil change and i apologize for that we must have missed something when you booked. I see that you have rescheduled the van for us to do a proper inspection on Friday and we will do our very best to change your opinion of our service department.
Everyone is always friendly and service is pretty quick.
The employees are very friendly and accommodating, I needed a ride once and they sent a shuttle right on time. Service has always been quick and have never had a problem.
I went there many times for the same problem (mechanical) my air bag light on, 2 times went I had the warranty and 2 times with out that and I stil the problem in my car. Also I have to pay for the diagnostic and we now it is the wiring connector need to replece, however I wait for the part arrive just I wait for the call

Hi Ricardo,
I am sorry to hear about your last service experience at our repair facility. It is not our intention for you to make multiple trips for repairs. We will call you when your wiring harness arrives.
