Good communication on what problems were found and what work was suggested to be done as opposed to what was required. My last minute request for pick-up from work was well handled.
I asked about my air conditioner in the back middle setting area and they would not look at it at all. book another appointment and then we will look at it at that time. Not happy at the tone of voice that he said it in. It was like he was just waking up and not know were he was
My wife went in to ask if she was using air conditioner properly because there was only heat comming from rear vents and the service man was rude disrespectful and mor or less said you will have to pay 200 plus for me to look at it wouldn't even make sure with her that it was on the right settings first like she was trying to ask

Arrived to have radio rebooted and very disappointed No firmware update available for a 7 year old stereo waited for 2 hours and left with same problem (No stereo) with probably affect next vehicle buying decision ,was offered a purchase of new stereo but would have same problem as old one with No firmware update .
