Sales is great. Service and Parts are terrible. Slow, unfriendly not accommidating at all. Have purchased all parts and service at another garage where they treated me better for a better price.

Trading in our vehicle for a newer to us used vehicle at Volkswagen Orillia was a great experience thanks to Mark. He was most courteous, and his efficiency in dealing with the paperwork was amazing. It was a pleasure dealing with him.
Feel like I over paid, and got taken advantage of due to being a younger age. Love the vehicle and service I received, but now stuck with a vehicle I don't want anymore
