Inadequate service and the inability to provide solutions to my car problems.
Lock on the driver side door was taking on moisture during the winter and freezing. The ice was preventing my car door from latching after i had opened it. I had to run a hair dryer out to my car with an extension cord, multiple times, to unfreeze the latch.
VW told me they tested the door and nothing was wrong.
My door still freezes.
My speaker is rattling and sounds awful and distorted while playing certain music.
VW tested the speakers and assured me they are fine.
My speakers still sound like garbage.
I'm sure now that my car is no longer covered under warranty, that they'll find an solution.
