My engine light was on when I made the appointment to investigate the cause. It turned out it was an emission sensor which covered by warranty. The people at Orillia Volkswagon were courteous. I just love the coffee. My experience was a far better experience than when I went to Barrie Autohaus.
I had an issue with my transmission not shifting and took it in to have it checked. As always the service staff were courteous, friendly and knowledgable. They checked the problem found one code and reset the transmission back to factory settings and since then the issue has not recurred. All the staff are great and it is one of the best I have ever used.
