Hi just had the best service ever,Amy the service manager does a remarkable job.She goes over and beyond to please her customers. The vehicle was brought for a flat she took care of the flat in record time and washed the vehicle without being asked good job highly recommended.
The new location was easy to access and my service was completed right on time. Dropping your vehicle off and picking it up is conveniently located right inside the building.
Worst service department ever would not recommend that dealership to anyone
Service guy was rude and ignorant hade my vehicle there for 5 months on a recall for dodge in the time it was there every month I was givin 2 different dates is was to be fixed. In the result of power stearing cooler leaking and not able to drive it and the different dates is they told me it would be fixed it was in care of LAURENTIAN chrysler I had to put a new alternator belt pulley. And when I picked it up there was barely any breaks almost got in accident and now needs full brake job and a coupled months before it was brought to them it had new front pads rotors and rear callipers derive there was discusting and they where rude and ignorant and even the service manager was rude and sarcastic with. VERY BAD SERVICE DEPARTMENT THERE
Got a wheel alignment done and the steering was still NOT straight. Ontop of that, they charged me $145 to inspect my a/c unit that doesn't work and won't fix it under my warranty. They're trying to claim its the owner of the vehicles fault when its not! Its $958 to fix it. No wonder they're trying to make excuses.
