Reasonable experience except that I was not told that there was no spare tire installed.
The purchase experience was what I expected. However, about 10 days after delivery of the vehicle, I discovered that there is no spare tire. A call to the salesperson confirmed that this vehicle does not come with a spare. I feel that the salesperson should have made me aware of this so that I could have made an informed decision either to buy a different vehicle or discuss adding a spare as part of the negotiation process. The lack of disclosure .is, in my opinion, poor service by Williamson Chrysler..
Most of those that I have spoken to were not aware that some vehicles have no spare installed. You can do better in future by informing your customers up front when equipment that they have come to expect on a vehicle has been removed by the manufacturer.

I communicated back and forth by email regarding a truck that was listed. When I arrived the one one your website and autoTRADER wasn't the same truck. At not time did sales tell me and I feel that I was lured in. I was told that I was "just noticed" and they would make it right with me.
When I came to pick up my vehicle later there had been no changes to either site pictures but the price had been adjusted.
I inquired how They would make it right and asked about mud flaps - oh no I am told can't do that. Here have a hat or coffee mug.
Now my last truck (Chev) purchase I was given a jacket just for purchasing
I looked again a couple of weeks ago and it was still up - no change. I started to write an email and stopped.
Just looked and it is gone. Guess it sold.
Looking back now I should have gone with my gut and left as soon as told that the truck I drove almost two hours to come see wasn't there.
While I was going through my new vehicle initiation at home, which consists of applying protectant to the carpet and fabric, I noticed a lot of stains on the plastic, carpet and fabric in my new truck which I had not noticed when Inpicked up my truck. Upon closer examination, the stains appeared to be the same colour as the spray on bed liner. It would appear that the technician who applied the spray touched several surfaces with spray contaminated hands and boots. It took a while to clean the stains off of my truck.
While driving my new truck after cleaning and protecting it, I had to honk at a car that was going to turn in front of me. However, the horn did not work. I brought my truck into the dealership the next morning and service repaired the issue (horn disconnected) within 30 minutes.
I realize a pickup truck is not the same type of vehicle as my Lexus, but I would expect a new truck to be delivered in new condition.
Having overcome these short comings, I am very happy with my new truck.
