Sales Consultant Clark Shen has been an automobile enthusiast since he was a little boy. Clark knew that he wanted to pursue a career in the automotive industry and majored in automobile engineering. After schooling, Clark took on his first job as a Sales Consultant back home which he continued for 15 years before coming to Canada.
In his spare time, Clark enjoys travelling to various countries with his family. He has traveled all around North America with his truck in just 70 days! Clark puts a lot of emphasis on how much he loves to travel with his family.
Something people may be surprised about Clark is that his cooking skills are top-notch. Variety in the kitchen is another one of his expertise as he can cook more then one hundred different dishes!

Was a good experience, friendly staff. No problems. Would have liked more communication with when my car would be ready. Kind of just got a call randomly saying “hey it’s here. When can you come get it?” Especially cause it took 5 months to build. I think there should be an app that allows the patron to see the status of the build at any time. Would better prepare me so I know when to roughly expect it. I felt blind the entire time. Had to call to get my VIN, had to call to see the status of the build. Last few days after receiving the call, had to scramble with getting shifts covered for work, insurance in order to pick up the vehicle. And lastly, I received an email from Dodge that said congrats on my purchase of my Cherokee…. I bought a challenger but thanks. Finer details matter, especially if I’m spending 70K on my vehicle… the least that can happen is get the vehicle right in the email. For those reasons I cannot give 5 stars. Staff when dealing with them were friendly and accommodating.
They scratched my rims mounting a new tire, and overfilled my oil by almost 2L, while spilling oil all over my engine compartment causing my vehicle to drip oil all over my driveway

Stephanie's no pressure approach with the extended warranty presentation and her quick reply to my questions via email was much appreciated as well! Overall a great experience... keep up the fantastic service!
