My tire swap was scheduled for 1:00 p.m. but the car was brought into service at 1:20 pm. No problem, delays happen. However, I got my car back at 2:50 p.m. for a tire swap. Roadsport is not alone, bur i thought they were above this. What the Dealership service industry does - perhaps all mechanic service, is they want to maximize on their return so if there is a big repair [read: excessive profit], they can make that customer feel good. but what about the customer who is just getting an oil change or swapping tires? You are really worthless to the company. I will not be bringing my car back - second time in a row that i've been treated with disrespect.
The salesperson, Alan Chan, was very helpful with getting the Honda Civic we wanted and even fought for the colour white. It was very easy going and no stress involved. I would really be interested in purchasing again at this dealership
