I have a confession to make: I'm not much interested in cars. But when the time finally came a few weeks ago to replace my 2011 Accent, of course I wanted a safe, reasonably-priced vehicle. I badly needed good information -- and lots of it -- to make up for ignoring more than a decade's worth of changes in the industry. It was a steep learning curve, but I was very fortunate in having salesperson Griff Cain to coach me through the process. He is a gifted communicator: helping me through every aspect of the purchase, listening carefully to my priorities, identifying the vehicles that would meet my needs, and explaining what could have been a dizzying info dump of pros and cons with empathy, clarity, and humour. After our car barely made it home the other night, we called Roadside Assistance and the next day it was towed to Myers Barrhaven Hyundai. I had emailed Cora to let her know what was happening and to expect the car to be dropped there. The next day David called to give us the good news regarding the fix (and also spoke about some overdue work - no pressure from him, just good information about what was needed, and the costs involved). Shuttle picked us up and later that day we got the car back. Cora was, as always, very welcoming and explained everything that had been done. We have always had such an amazing experience in our dealings with the dealership and will continue to recommend it to our friends and family!!
