La personnalité de Daniel nous convient parfaitement; il n'agissait pas comme un vendeur typique et il était authentique et souriant. Quand quelqu'un n'est pas authentique, on le ressent assez vite car le naturel revient au galop. Et il comprend le sens de : What you put out is what you get back.
À l'entrée, on nous accueille dans les deux langues; donc, on se sent respecté immédiatement et ça fait prestigieux quand on n'a pas à se mettre à genoux pour avoir du service en français.
David Ethier n'a mis aucune pression pour les garanties prolongés; c'est bien.
Il y a même une belle jeune femme qui est venue me féliciter de mon achat. :)

Had a hitch installed, they did a good job and kept me posted on any issues they ran into, and provided me with a loaner.

Daniel was an excellent salesman every question I had he answered to the best of his knowledge. Finance manger was excellent as well didn’t try to sell me unneeded warranties.
Will gladly come back to purchase future trucks.
