I have lost count of the number of vehicles we have purchased from Acura West over 20 yeaes or so.
Every time we have been treated with respect and believe that this dealer is the best for many miles around.
Paul and his entire staff from sales through service are focussed on the customer and work hard to provide satisfaction.
The verdict is Vibration is felt when VCM was active. However the courtesy vehicle that I drove did not have that issue.

Acura makes a great car--but the difference to me are the people at this dealership. You get an instant sense of comfort/welcoming. I feel that the group generally enjoy working together--and this translates to the end customer.
