Like any where else you sit and wait for the vehicle to be done.
We had an oil change and inspection done. There was a slight misunderstanding about there being an extra charge for going full synthetic but it was resolved quick and easy. The problem with the tire monitor system is still not fixed. I don't remember if this is the third or forth time since we bought the car that it has been looked at and is still not fixed. It is an on going problem and i am afraid that i will end up paying for it to get fixed when it was a problem since we bought the car. Everyone was kind and kept us up to date and i realize things take time so you have to sit and wait. My only complaint is that it is taking so much time to fix the tire monitor system.

I was more than excited to know that they wanted my business and we're going to extra lengths to get it. They were focused on what I wanted. Much appreciated. Great experience. Would be back and recommend them to anyone.
My 2014 1500 truck in for regular oil change 19May17. Upon completion I noted the radio/gps screen was not working. I brought this to the attention of Darren Bast the service supervisor. Darren had a technician try a reset, which didn't work. They took it into the shop again a further check indicated the screen was not serviceable. Parts were ordered and I returned on 26May17 for the repair when parts arrived. The repair was completed to my satisfaction. I don't know what caused the problem during service. Darren was professional in solving the issue.

Thanks for the great review! Infotainment issues are tricky as there's so much wiring!
