Dana was great at explaining everything about the truck
I am satisfied with the experience relevant to the purchase of the truck and the help I received in setting up my Bluetooth and other newer devices.

Tire Rotation
I went for a "Free" oil change on my car. The email I received said I needed to get my tires rotated. So I did for about $80.00. When I picked it up I didn't look at my tires. When I picked up my friend she noticed that on one side both hub caps were damaged and one tire was gouged. So I took it back to Wheaton's. I had told them that they needed to use the key that I had left out to remove the tires. I went back and said that the car was in perfect shape when I brought it in and that the rims, tire was not damaged when I brought it in. They claim that I hit the sidewalk. Wouldn't you think that I would know that I hit a sidewalk! There are so many sensors on that car that one can't get close to anything without a sensor going off. So I am NOT IMPRESSED. So much for buying a NEW car!

There was a breakdown in communication.
I recently purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Colorado WT via financing. I had a limited budget to work with for optional features. The truck I was shown at the dealership had a tonneau cover and sidesteps. The truck did not have heated seats or a remote start system. These were options I had worked into my budget. It was explained by the salesperson that the tonneau cover was not included with the truck. At no time during the buying process was it explained that the sidesteps would be removed. It was mentioned to the salesperson that I liked having the sidesteps for the truck as my elderly parents would need them. The salesperson did tell me the "accessories" would be removed when I brought the truck back in for up-fitting. It was my error for not asking exactly what was considered an accessory on the truck. It was the salesperson's error for not explaining fully the options the truck were being sold with. Overall, my experience was good despite the hiccup over the sidesteps. I would recommend the dealership to others.

Very disappointing, borderline fraudulent.
I don’t often complain, but this is so blatantly wrong. We bought a new Traverse from Wheaton in 2014 for my wife. I have taken this vehicle into Wheaton four different times over the course of 3 years and each time come away completely dissatisfied. Latest time was a rear a/c problem. I was informed by Wheaton Service my rear condenser had a hole in it and needed to be replaced, along with a fan for $1600 plus diagnostic and tax. I was out of province at the time on business and when I heard that, had them put back together and that we would take somewhere else. Took to a competitor and ended up having the system blown out, and a recharge for a total o $360, a/c now works 100%. This is my wife’s vehicle, who wouldn’t have any idea and would have likely accepted the $1,600 for the new a/c had I not been involved. Can only imagine how many others are / have been treated this same way. So disappointing!

Excellent car buying experience
Love, love, love my new vehicle! Thank you so much, Andre! I still think you deserve a big fat raise (pass it on). I was in a parking lot a couple of weeks ago and a couple asked if they could look at my vehicle. They said they are thinking about buying an Equinox and really liked the look of it. I passed on your card and recommended they come to you. Hope that comes through. Leslie
