Outstanding
Recently, my 2019 A5 Cab spent 5 business days at Audi Ottawa West predominantly to repair problems with the soft top. My experience was OUTSTANDING, including the provision of a loaner, timely updates re diagnostics and progress, and a complimentary car wash. Worst customer service,
Had a worst experience 3 times in a row at last recent visit they froadly charged me 3 hours if labour for coding headlight, when asked to show the video clip usually they make by protocols. Service manager denied over text and threatened me to banned my car for service in any of their location.
