Mazda service sucks

Still waiting more than 2 hours for oil change. I have an appointment. It should be quick service and not 2 hours or more. Came in 10:30am, it is already 12:42pm. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Service appointment

I came in 10:30am for oil change. It is already 12:30pm, and service just started doing the job. Asked service twice why almost 2 hours, oil change is not finished. He said they are busy with many customers coming in. That is not my problem. That is the reason why I booked an appointment to have my time respected and not wait too long. It is very frustrating. I have places to go, schedule to follow. I cannot wait hours for Mazda service ineffficiency. I am feeling disappointed buying my Mazda.

Disaster

Went for a trade in for my cx 7 to a mazda cx3 last night. Everything was so smooth and a computation was made pending for bank approval and since it is late after 11pm had to come back the next day to finish the transaction. Went to see the finance manager on duty and it is where the problem starts. The record on the computer is a 2018 mazda 3 but actually i am purchasing a 2019 mazda cx3. So a mazda cx3 become a mazda 3 overnight? Whos faulty it is? Definitely not mine. You just lost another loyal customer..

Worst Service

I went to this Mazda location for a service check up and was informed that they will be throwing in a paint pen free of cost as well. As a result, I decided to do the check up costing me $90 instead of going to my own car repairman. After promising me the pen, they told me to come back to pick it up when it arrived. When I arrived they told me that I had to pay and were extremely rude. This was the most disgusting treatment I have ever experienced and I recommend going somewhere more honest. They acknowledged they miscommunicated but did nothing about it. I had to also drive a far distance to get to their location. Worst customer support ever.
