Cleanliness of the car

The rental car I received had a bad smell and the seats were not clean. I have rented cars from other companies and I have not had a car that was not well cleaned before.

Truck dirty and smelled like manure inside

I rented a cargo van for a day to move my belongings.. The floor of the van was dirty and it smelled like manure. Everything that sat on the floor of the van had to be cleaned.

Great people and great car

Great car and people are very helpful Car was almost brand new and did the job perfectly Everything fall in place as expected and as it was planned

Great customer service

The person who checked us in at the Clyde st location was great. He had excellent customer service skills and made the check in process easy. The truck wasn’t on site and had to be transported over. He made sure that happened as quickly as possible.
