I made an appointed to pick up a specific vehicle the following day but when I arrived that vehicle was no longer available as it was apparently rented the same day I made the arrangements. I had to wait for another vehicle that was at another location.

Worse Experience Ever

My reservation was done and when I call at the time that was given to me to pick up, they said they had no vehicle available. I told him I needed a car as my car was gone for an estimate and I was told my rental vehicle would be ready. They said you can go to another location and they can help you. He booked me at another location. It was close to the place I was at for an estimate, but the pick up guy came half an hour late, because of that we both got late to work. We finally arrived at the rental place, they said the only vehicle they had was a pick up truck. I was so disappointed. I had no option but to get that vehicle as they said it was the only vehicle available. I drove that truck for my regular routine and in one day, it cost me $40 to fill it to full. My own vehicle costs me less than $5 for the same travel. I asked to accommodate me for all this trouble and the extra charge I got due to this heavy duty truck, I was told they can't as they manager is on vacation. Worse experience ever.

Misleading information

Was informed that we would be getting a certain vehicle and once we arrived we recived something completly different and receptionist did not show any concerns for my dislike of them issue/service.

Not satisfied

I asked to change the SUV mercedez benz they give to a car to fit my driveway but they said no available us of now.i called up again this morning but same responsed i got.Hope u cater to your customer need.

Not been refunded for my extra petrol
