A succession of lies and behaviors noncommercial.

Rude welcome : no smile, wait for 40min to have somebody infront of the agency. Refuse to rent because of a international mastercard (lying) and age (lying) Change return hour without tell us Forget to precise assurance PER DAY and not for all trip No possibility to modify the electronical contrat to correct all these mistakes 2 stars for 1. The car and 2. The discount guy who tryed to help us.

Worst customer service and responses .

I started to rent here as it was close to my residence. I have rented from other discount locations no where i faced trouble of any sort any inconvenience they were will to solve in favour. But this location talks about customer service but never follows it. Two things to be aware of you are going to rent from here. I always prefer compact cars , but in the name of free upgrade they give you vans or 7 seater and they will inform you only when you arrive there so no option you have to take it. It doesn't end think about the fuel cost it will double. Be careful about fuel level , always double check the level before you sign it. They got it signed for full tank and i was not noticed when i i signed it. When i got the keys i saw it was one less i thought that's what they noted too. After return they claimed it was full tank and charged my card. Still they say it was my fault as i didn't check before i signed it. When you take the car if they say there are no scratches, do take it out and run around the car for damages, if you see any report immediately. Which happened to me last. I am not sure what's there plan with that . Last Saturday i filled up extra gas, in other locations like Jarvis they refund for extra fuel. When i called the manager Ali he refuses to refund and it was on me to run around the car to check the level at gas station and not return with extra. I got refund for the first one after multiple follow up but this time let it be last to rent from there and also would advice others not to go. Go to enterprise which is closer. This is not the experience with other discount locations though.

No refund for extra fuel.i filled up

- I rented at Yonge and Eglinton location, i fuelled up.more than the initial level for which i require a refund and the manager is refusing to give refund for the extra gas saying it's not policy and he won't do it
