No record of my rental history even though I've rented multiple times.
I have loved Discount for rentals over the past year. I have rented about 4 times and this time inquired about my free weekend. The clerk at the desk said they only had a record of the most recent rental on file and that he could not find any others. I have rented at least 4 times in the past and have the credit card and email records to prove it. I could not get through to customer service and no one called me back after leaving a message. I want to use Discount again but I also do not want to be taken advantage of.

The Discount in Name stands for Service
Reservation and confirmation of car was very good, but when it came time to actually get the vehicle, it was painful. I have a back and foot complications and asked for a pickup - I understand that you need to give the pick-up location an hour head's up call, but it took me 3 hours, after multiple calls and the worker said that he could not leave his desk. I also did not get the car that I expected. I also tried your company for the Easter weekend, and it was the same issue for pick-up. I needed to take an Uber. Also deposit is still on my card after 2 weeks... this took 5 days for the first time, but 2 weeks is unacceptable. Won't deal with your company again.

The manager tried to pawn off a tiny car with a broken rear hatch door as a full size vehicle, which had been reserved
Already wrote this. TJ the young man was polite but it was not a happy experience. A 2-door tiny Fiat is in no way a full sized vehicle. He did provide me with a different car when I objected strongly.

Easy process from check in to check out. Convenient location and clean vehicle. TJ answered all of my questions and was professional at all times.
