Extremely disappointed!
Even though I love Honda and they make a great product, I will never, ever shop at Palladino Honda in Sudbury ever, ever, ever again!!! EVER!!!!!

Engine oil and filter change and rear differential oil change.
Helpful , pleasant and knowledgeable advisors. Mechanics did an excellent job in inspecting the vehicle. Had difficulty finding a parking spot when i arrived . The coffee and cookies where great .

I was always treated with courtesy and smiles.
A few return trips due to part issues. Totally understandable. Each time it was handled apologetically, professionally and efficiently. I can only say good things.
