Purchasing a Used Honda
When I first encountered Palladino Honda looking for a used Honda for my daughter I was not impressed, a little upset actually. I made an appointment to meet a sales associate a 4:40 p.m. I checked in and then waited until 5:00 p.m feeling a bit discouraged with the lack of attention that i was receiving I got up and left. The next day Palladino Honda reached out to me and I voiced my concerns. Mark Chaumont was then assigned to look after my daughter and I. I decided to give them another chance. All I can say is that I am glad that I did. Mark truly delivered excellent service to my daughter and myself. He took the time to show my daughter all the features of the car. He made purchasing a car a pleasurable experience. She and and I were truly satisfied. I am one that usually buys all my cars from down south due to pricing and service. I honestly believe that the Palladino group is changing this attitude of purchasing automobiles in the north. Thank you D

Jeff Brouse worked very hard on my behalf, answered my emails quickly and made himself readily available.
Jeff Brouse was particularly amazing when I asked him to get my winter tires on the vehicle before leaving the dealership. He always did his best to get me what I wanted. Never condescending, always pleasant.

SMOOTH VEHICLE PURCHASE
I bought a vehicle using Justin Bertrand as my sales person. A better person you will not fined. Justin is extremely professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of the business. He was very polite and did not try to pressure me into buying something that I did not want. After buying the vehicle, I noticed problems that I did not notice on the test drive and only noticed them when driving home back to Petawawa On. Justin took the lead and ensured that the proper repairs were done when I was back in Sudbury. One of the repairs had to be done at a different shop (muffler) and Justin drove my vehicle to be fixed and picked it up and returned it backed to the dealership which made it very easy for me. I highly recommend Justin Bertrand to everyone looking for a vehicle, and I am extremely pleased at the dealership as a whole. It was an awesome buying experience and when Palladino says they will back up their word and guarantee believe them, they will do it. Thank You Justin for all your assistance. BZ (Bravo Zulu)

Very good.
Dan was exceptionally helpful..went out of his way to make sure we had winter tires installed while waiting for the new rims and studded tires to be available. Unfortunately we were disappointed that nothing could be done regarding the back up alarm which is barely audible.
