Experience was excellent
My accord wouldn’t start over several days and was towed to palladino . As usual, the service staff were accommodating and compassionate to my distress
I left it with them fir several days while they determined the problem
End result was to change the starter and relay and I was able to collect my car last night. So far all is good

I do not understand why you expect me to write 20 words about an oil change experience. It is not something that requires 20 words.

A very good experience
The employee I dealt with was courteous and knowledgeable. The work was done in a timely fashion, pleasant drivers to take me home and return me for pick up of my vehicle.

Poor service
We bought a 2017 crv and this is our 3rd winter with it. We've had no issues with until this year. In the cold climate the engine will not hold temperature and because of this we get no heat in the vehicle. This is a safety concern as the windows do not defrost. I've called repeatedly and they keep telling me we are waiting for a fix from tech line. Well it's been since dec 24 and we are now jan 9 and still nothing. Not happy with the service or warranty. I even bought the extended warranty which was 2400$ thinking my vehicle would get repaired. Extremely dissatisfied with this dealership.

Great Service
My vehicle was leaking a fluid since the last service. I showed up to see if they could take a look. They took my vehicle in right away. They replaced a faulty plug and I was on my way. Didn’t even take 20 minutes. Thanks Tamara!!
