oil change
Service was good, wait time was reasonable. The only dissapointment was that after the oil change, my digital readout on the dashboard kept reading ''oil 30%''. It had not been reset by the technician and I have not been able to reset it.
Not a huge deal just a little dissapointed.

high pressure sales, found out about new incentives a week later that would have made a much better deal...
I felt pressured to make a deal or I would lose out on an incentive for loyal customers. Approximately 10 days after receiving my new lease, I received an e-mail with a much better deal regarding interest rate deceases, better buyer/lease incentives , and the same deal for return customers. I feel I was lead to believe that the deal I got would disappear and nothing like it would come up again for a long time...only to see something better come up a short time later. Very disappointed as this is my 6th vehicle I get from the same dealership. I guess loyalty is a one way street.

my experience was better than expected.
Matt is a very pleasant young man to deal with. he was very patient with me no pressure and reassuring he would help me find the right vehicle. my vehicle was one of the crvs pulled off the road . it was quite unexpected and stressful not having a car. almost went Toyota but I found a nice little civic and I get to stay with Palladino honda

Great service at reasonable rates
Great communication, from the semi annual email reminders to the texting with Service Advisors while vehicle is in the shop to the digital copy of invoice sent electronically for review. And hey, don’t forget the $65 fully synthetic oil and filter.

Medium Experiance
Departments seemed to be confused with the work that the others were doing. I needed parts ordered. I had trouble getting through on the phone to Honda. Parts didn't get ordered that should have been. It just seemed very confused and not at all efficient and organized.
