Rental wouldn't start
The van we rented was dead. They couldn't boost it and they had no other vans for us. We were moving my daughter so this was very inconvenient and stressful. Plus we waited at the rental location for over an hour while they tried to see if the van would start.

I was incorrectly billed for gas!
I dropped off the vehicle.
I filled the tank before drop off. I was expecting an email receipt or a call - nothing.
I was being charged - that I did not fill the tank up. A blatant lie. I want to see the pictures!!!!
I called back several times and was told someone would call me back - no one ever did.
I will never rent with discount and will discourage all.

Very friendly people
The staff was very friendly and patient with me. They took time to explain everything and also ensured that the vehicle was clean and checked to make sure everything was working fine.
