Discount Car and Truck Rentals...

Your associate sent me to the Dicount rental office at Heffner auto boy in Kitchener. My vehicle is being repaired at Cochrane auto body in Blair (Cambridge). When I arrived at Heffner, I was informed that the rental office is in Kitchener at another location a few kilometres away. Once I located this office, the service was courteous but unapologetic. I have since been contacted by your firm to tell me when my vehicle is ready, I can return the rental vehicle to your office on Sheldon drive in Cambridge.

I have book vehicles many times from discount rentals and I was a happy customer but what happened this time has put me into doubts to ever use this service ever again. I brought my vehicle back at 6:05pm as I got late due extreme weather conditions and store got closed at 6pm (even thought them ahead of time that I am running little late(5mins), so I called customer service team to ask what to do as I was already outside store. They told me to drop keys in the box and it would be taken care off in the morning. Note: they did not inform that it will still be my responsibility. 2nd thing: I parked my car and left as informed but then someone at night broke the mirror and I was asked to pay for it! I parked my vehicle where all other discount vehicles were parked and if someone else damages on your property how is it my fault!

they were helpful and quick. The only small issue was not knowing we did not have unlimited km. It was not an a problem, though.

All the service reps were wonderful, they were very courteous and accommodating. I appreciated their kindness. They picked me up and brought me home. I would rent with Discount again and recommend to others. Please let them know at the Weber location. Joyce Hinkson

Professional and friendly, I will definitely come back to this location. Compared to the queen and Rutherford location in Brampton this was a by far better.
