Nothing but a good experience
We were looking for a new vehicle in Sarnia but couldn't find a dealer that was friendly and helpful. One specific dealership has the majority of clients here and as a result their customer service is less than stellar. Being in customer service myself, this is something very important to me. I like to deal with friendly, local people. These guys were worth the drive out to London. Not only did we get a great new truck but they talked us through everything and answered all of our questions with nothing but patience and kindness. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and we're glad to be dealing with Jay and his crew now.

Wonderful new vehicle buying experience
Just purchased a new RAM 1500, love the new truck. Chris Reath and Keith White teamed up to provide an exceptional customer experience. Both were very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable in finding the right truck, and offered no pressure insight into what was best for me. Both went above and beyond and demonstrated flexibility in meeting my specific needs. Cheers to Chris and Keith and the entire Forest City Dodge team!

10/10 Super Happy Customer!
Forest City Dodge was very helpful, there’s no pressure when buying a car here and everyone was super friendly, Chris Reath was super happy to help me get into a new car, and went above and beyond explaining every detail about the car and the options for my payments. Me being a first time buyer from any dealership, I had no idea what to expect, by the end I had confidence that I had a good deal and knew the car was exactly what I wanted. A big thumbs up for Chris because he’s super thorough and you can tell he cares a lot not only about his job but about the customer too, very happy to have boughten a car from him!

New vehicle purchase
We purchased a new Dodge Grand Caravan and we were very pleased with the whole experience. The salesman (Chris) was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. He answered all our questions and worked hard to find the van with all the features that we were looking for.

Best Group of People to Buy From!
Chris Reath was extremely kind, courteous and professional from beginning to end. He, and the entire staff, made us feel right at home and bent over backwards to help us get what we wanted. Cassidy and Kelly in Financing also went the extra mile for us and we truly couldn’t be more happy with the experience we had.
