Quick and easy, with work done precisely and efficiently.
I was booked for an oil change and regular inspection on a date which best suited me. I was greeted with a smile and my car was taken in right away. During my stay I was offered a desk to work from which made the time pass very quickly. I was called when my vehicle was read and was given a breakdown of the review. Thorough and informative. Great work, yet again!

Excellent as expected.
I received an oil change and regularly scheduled maintenance. Brake cleaning and alignment check. Service was great, as always.

Appointment? What’s the point?
While I find the staff to be professional and courteous, the timing of services needs improvement. I attended a 1 pm appointment and was told the tire change service would take 30 to 45 minutes. I opted to wait on site. The work was not complete until close to 3 pm. This is the third time that I’ve waited more than double the estimated time. While I appreciate that the service bays are busy, I have a hard time accepting that my time is seemingly neither recognized nor respected.
