Pushy
I felt like I had no option but to buy the vehicule the same day. And I kept receiving email about it that I had the vehicule which I did not. They changed over everything without me agreeing at 100%. They diagnosed my vehicule with a probleme it did not have.

Great except for the first part of the bill's amount of 195.00$
As I had brought the car in 4/3/18 for caliper and brake problems, I feel that a certain work had been done that did not require redoing on the 2/5/18 for the 48,000 km service. While I recognize that all the work was not done, I was ready to pay part of the cost of the regular (should my car not been at the garage previously). I feel that I should have been deducted for part of the inspection and work done previously (calipers and brakes recent) when wheels were change to summer. they were balanced and I thought that they automatically the rotate every season. I mentioned it before I paid but to no avail.

Everyone was quick to help me and very pleasant to deal with
I wasn't planning on buying a new car but fate had other plans when my car became unsafe to drive. I knew that my next car was going to be a Mazda so I contacted my local Mazda dealer. I was seen the same day. Within two days, I made my decision and bought a Mazda CX-3. Unfortunately I had to wait a bit for my car as the color I wanted with what I wanted wasn't in stock locally. that being said, they had my car onsite quick enough. Thank you to all the staff, Manager Matt, Sales person Charlie and Financing personnel Justine.

the service department was GREAT, but investigating a new SUV while we waited was a DISASTER
We complained to the general manager and he was respectful, but the sales experience has soured us on this dealership.
