Great

I swore to myself that I would never buy a car from Sherwood Honda due to their radio jingle being the worst thing to happen to music. "an assault on the senses" is an accurate description. However, after test driving the 2017 civic Hatchback I was convinced. Hamzah was an excellent salesman. Helpful and friendly; i didn't feel pressured by him. (unlike some other dealerships I went to) I definitely would recommend Him/Sherwood Honda to anyone in the market.

Terriible Customer Service and no trust worthiness at all.

The worst and most ridiculous customer service experience i ever had from a car dealer. Please never ever go here. They lied to me that a huge crack in my windshield was because they actually were driving the car through hot wash and then brought it out in cold and it cracked and just dumped the whole thing on me . They actually say even of some one breaks your car which you parked there for service... you are fully responsible for everything. Disgusting!

Service appointment

Today I tried to do an appointment for transmission oil change. Reception booked me for 11. I asked how long time it will take but receptionist told me that it is time when I will meet somebody who will tell me how long time I will have to wait. She also told me it might take a couple of hours. I'm living far away from Edmonton and I don't want to sit in dealership for unpredictable time. It is first dealership in my life which is not capable to estimate exact waiting time. I will try to book oil change at another dealership... which is more predictable and value customers time.

Excellent Experience buying a new 2017 CRV from Sherwood Honda!

I want to express my sincere gratitude and praise for the excellent customer service that we received from Tyler Frederick, the knowledgeable Sales Consultant at the Sherwood Honda location (30 Automall Road, Sherwood Park, AB). As a very capable, and hard working professional wife, mom and work colleague, in the past, I was always disappointed at the experience I had in purchasing a new vehicle for me. I often relied on my husband to do all the talking, as most previous male sales representatives would ignore me or my comments, and the customer service was non-existent. I used to find them very pushy, or completely disengaged, even though we were prepared to purchase a new vehicle outright. **This all changed when we met with Tyler at Sherwood Honda. From the moment he shook out hands when we met, to the signing off on our deal this past weekend, Tyler continuously went "above and beyond" with us. He treated us both with high respect, and specifically focused on what I would want as the primary driver of the new vehicle. Most importantly, he asked about our family's needs, and really helped us make the right decisions around options that worked for our family - not simply for increased sales for the dealership. Due to his honest, transparent and fair approach from square one - we ended up getting everything we wanted out of the vehicle and the experience. He met with us as many times as we needed, he negotiated what we consider a fair deal all the way through, and he was there to explain how to use the Honda functionality and Apple Care product when I picked up the vehicle. He continues to be responsive to my questions, and any texts post-purchase, and applies the same enthusiasm he did with us during the negotiations and purchase. ***I will most definitely be referring Sherwood Honda because of Tyler Frederick and his sales style and knowledge of the Honda Product. Most of all, I will refer him to all my female colleagues who definitely share my anxiety around the experience of buying a new vehicle, but definitely have their own financial resources to spend at a trustworthy dealership. The experience was great because of TYLER. Please ask for him when you go to Sherwood Honda!!
