A lady in the service /part
maybe you should look into those people working in the service /parts representatives . A lady there was not really not nice to us when we were there.the way she talked to customers was not pleasant .she was sitting in the middle . She didnt even bother to help us at all although i booked my appoinment ahead but apparently theirs a miscommunication . Thanks to the othe nice lady sitting on the first seat who gladly helped us out althroughout the service.

Increadible Customer Service
This is by far the best customer service I have ever received from any dealership! I had my engine block crack on my 2007 Civic. Honda was giving me the runaround on the extended warranty of the block. This is a known issue with the 2006-2009 civic. Sherwood Honda worked diligently to ensure that this work would be covered under the warranty. Which saved me over $2000!
Natalie in Service was excellent to deal with! Extremely helpful!

Bad and wrong!!!!
Such liars. At the beginning give me one price but at the end it change sceptically. It was my first and last time I ever visit this place. Even so I have their VIP card. No, Thank you. Dont need it any more. I personaly would not recomande this place.

The best deal with Peter
I bought two new cars yesterday. I met Peter and I was able to buy a car with a very good deal. He was very friendly and a dealer trying to satisfy all my needs. He will be a great dealer. I will introduce Peter to many of my friends. Peter can promise to give you the best deal. I am so grateful to Peter for his efforts for me. I've changed four cars, but he was one of the most active and kind people I ever met. If I change the car again, I want to deal with Peter again. Thank you, Peter. You are the best dealer.
