The approach that Tyler took was great. He is a very honest and approachable person. He was patient and related well to me. If I could give some advice, it would be for the sales manager, Merv to take the same approach. If it was not for Tyler, Merv would have cost this sale with his high pressure approach and mannerisms.

Seasonal tire change and tire storage
I scheduled my seasonal tire change and tire storage in advance and requested the first appointment of the day. I had my vehicle there at 7:15 am (as advised) then found out that techs don't start before 8:00 am. Customer waiting area was not staffed at that time and WiFi password was not easily found. I had to go to the showroom reception desk to get that information. My tires were changed out and the vehicle was washed while I waited. There was no comment about bringing the vehicle back for retorquing the wheel nuts (which tire shops normally specify). Service staff were respectful. Overall good job.

sales experience was good
Bought a CV here and the sales experience was good, staff were helpful and not pushy (unlike all the other dealers I visited), finance was quickly and efficiently sorted.
Not so happy with after sales care - my husband was repeatedly called to ask fr feedback (even though he kept telling the team they were using the wrong number). I had battery issues from the get go and never got resolution from the service dept who were supposed to call and eventually gave up trying to contact them.
