Very disappointed
Was just there waited for 2 1/2 hours after telling me that the system is not working. I am pregnant and starving for waiting. While i do understand that you have a shuttle i can use i chose not to since you told me that the service will only take a couple hours. You should've told me from the beginning or after an hour that your system is not working. Basically waited there for nothing. Thanks sherwood honda. Never had a good experience with your dealership.

Very pleased
I booked a online test drive for a used HR-V they had, took us in explained everything we needed to know and went to test drive it. Jesse and Keneel were very helpful in getting the price within my budget. They were not pushy and very friendly to deal with. When it came time to pick up my "new to me" vehicle they made sure I had everything I needed. They even changed the batterie for me as it seemed a bit dull when they moved the vehicle. Awesome Service! so excited to have a Honda vehicle again.

Jesse Simon is the guy
I would like to recommend Kuya Jesse Simon,he helped us purchased an odyssey. He make sure that our negative experiences from other agents will not happen again. He is direct to the point, never pushy and not only after of selling a vehicle, he look after his clients and make sure they are happy of the deal they got he will not push you to purchase unnecessary stuffs, that will make your total price escalate. he is honest, and not intimidating. Good Sales Experience
Recently worked with the sales team of Jobhan and Jesse on a 2021 Ridgeline. These guys were easy to work with and will do what it takes to get a deal done. Also need a shout out to Hoang the sales manager for his role in consummating the deal. If you're looking for a new Honda ask for Jobhan and Jesse, you won't be disappointed.
