very good

The service was very good and the people were very friendly. I have heard that your dealership is moving to Falconbridge Road. One reason that we choose Subaru was because we were tired of going to the Kingsway for Toyota and Nissan. We live in the south end.

Overall great experience

Lynn and Jordan were knowledgable about their product. Jordan gave us time to evaluate options after our initial visit and followed up with us afterwards but we never felt pressured. The service was great. We made an appointment to pick up the vehicle and Jordan met us at the dealership eventhough it was his day off.

Fast, Effective, and Friendly Service

Went for a scheduled service inspection when I reached 10,000km. The service from beginning to end was quick and informative.

After sale service not what I expected.

Although it was apparent that selling me a used vehicle was important to the sales rep and the original sale went smoothly and well, when it came time to picking the vehicle up, it seemed that there was much less desire to get paperwork completed in a prompt and efficient manner. Personnel were friendly enough, however. After sale service has also not been what I would have expected as some phone enquiries have gone unanswered and some answers received showed no concern for the reason for which the enquiry was made. Considering the dealership is an hour and a half away from where I live, I am not sure that I would deal there again as I can get similar service where I am. The problem arises in that there is no Mercedes Benz dealership here.
