I went to the dealership with no expectations as I was merely looking to replace my 2017 Jeep. I was looking for another vehicle with some kick and class. I met with Teagan McCombs who took us out on a test drive. The rest is history! I loved the car. Teagan was very informative, friendly and went above and beyond any Sales Specialist that I had ever dealt with. This woman really knows her stuff!! The purchasing transaction went very smooth thanks to Patrick Ly. There was a minor mark on the car when I picked it up and Teagan assured me that once I could bring the car in - it would be taken care of. Teagan actually offered to come to my work to pick it up and take it in. BMW London really impressed me with their professionalism and courtesy. Teagan McCombs is a definite asset. The warranty service was completed on a very timely basis. I appreciated the option of a shuttle service as opposed to costly loaner. Staff, including shuttle driver, were very friendly and helpful. Appreciate the car wash and cleaning as part of the service. Thank you

Recently purchased my 4th vehicle from BMW London. This purchasing experience (with Chris Yeoman) was excellent. Chris is extremely knowledgable, and always professional. Willing to spend the extra time to explain the details, Chris makes you feel comfortable and unpressured, allowing you to make the right decision for you. Even after the purchase, Chris is willing to take the time to re-explain and educate about the features of the vehicle.
