Laking Toyota

took my suv here yesterday waste of time I specially informed them when I booked that i dont want to wait hours (i waited 4 hours a month ago and all they did was change oil and put on winter tires and tell me i needed new rear brakes) i was told a hour and half top to know what is wrong with the burning smell (again my hubby and i noticed a smell second time! Rear brakes were done elsewhere because laking toyota could not inform me sooner of what was done well 4 hours later i wanted to go home being pregnant and all).Well in hour and 45min they took my suv for ride and service guy informed a important job needed to be done so my suv wasnt looked at yet. Hmmmm burning smell must not be important or maybe you have to be white to get better treatment i dont know something wrong here. I asked a week or so ago if i was able to get vehicle as I was coming out if town (hour and half away) was told no. Service manager only than offered me a vehicle to use once i was upset and pissed off. This place is poorly managed good thing we will be buying a truck at a diff toyota dealership. This place deserves No Stars. We had previous issues were tires were Not rotated like they were suppose too (we marked two with chalk to test it) Yea this place should be reported!

no point in booking appt you will wait hours and no one calls you to give update or they will do another important job and toss your vehicle aside. Never taking my suv there again poorly managed place. Twice i got shitty service.

Just purchased a beautiful pre-owned Venza. I had a great purchasing experience with John Brazier. This man is great at his job but most importantly he makes you feel comfortable. He's very personable and professional, showing he's a man who cares. The transaction was quick and on time. Johns work associates also showed kind professionalism. This is a great dealership and I thank John for all he did.

13 years of exccuses everytime i have a service appointment. No follow ups on work being do ne. 4 service mangers in the 13 years there is a problem.

This place is a rip off, the showroom stinks like tires, wish I had tires in my office too. Brilliant individuals must work here?
