Terrible Bias Dealership
This place is a rip off. Trade in values are not competitive and the service is terrible. Trade in was so low I was forced to save 6000 dollars by going to another Toyota dealer. Service department over charges so I called Toyota Canada to complain and Toyota Canada told me to definitely go to another dealership for a quote. I believe I saved over ten thousand dollars as Laking wanted to completely replace a part that was repairable for one hundred bucks. Laking wanted 7000 for the part plus labour I thanked Toyota Canada and will never return to Laking Toyota. Total disregard for due dillegence when repairing a vehicle.

Excellent service
Travelled from out of town to purchase a Toyota Camry. Found the exact year and model we were looking for at a very good price. John and the other staff members were extremely helpful and we were able to complete our purchase in a timely manner. We would definitely consider Laking Toyota when buying our next vehicle.

Amazing service
Was making my through sudbury when my low tire pressure light came on,when i was walking through the parking a technician spotted me his name was Chris i seen his name on his uniform i explained my situation when i was done explaining he was more than happy to check all my tire pressures he then seen i had a valve cap missing he then went in the shop to go get me one without even asking too thats what you call amazing service my regular dealer would of never done that when im in the market to purchase my next car i will definitely be considering laking Toyota! thank you so much Chris
