Tony Graham Lexus

We have bought numerous Lexus and Toyota cars and SUV’s. We are firmly not fans of Tony Graham as we had a couple of minor situations with TG Lexus. Cars are just cheaper in Toronto. Yan Ma impressed us so much with her knowledge and personality. We will definitely give her a chance for our business.

Thanks to Tony Graham Lexus, I unloaded my ES300h after only two years! After being persuaded via email and phone to attend a special "invite only" sales event last week I had the distinct opportunity to chat with Thanh Trinh with whom I spoke once before. Within five minutes it was decided that I was not a "serious buyer" and I was politely walked to the door and shown the parking lot. I appreciate the candor of Mr. Trinh, as I believe that I will be much happier in the long run with my brand new non- Lexus car.

We were in the market for a new family vehicle. As we had our current vehicle for over 10 years we didn't think it would be easy to let go, unless we could find both the right vehicle and the right purchase experience. Just as important as the vehicle itself, I felt it was also important to have the right sales consultant who could advise and guide us. Fortunately, we met David Tran at Tony Graham Lexus. At the very first meeting, we felt at ease with him as he is friendly and takes his time to get to know you. He quickly got up to speed on our vehicle requirements, after which he provided some valuable technical and financial advice that we would have never thought of. As we continued to talk to him, I felt he was very sincere and genuine. He was truly looking after our interest first. We value David's advice as his word is solid. Normally, I would take my time with a big purchase, however with the confidence we had in David, we were able to finalize the purchase by the next day. We look forward to working with David Tran and Tony Graham Lexus on future car purchases.

My wife and I just purchased a brand new 2016 Lexus RX 350 F Sport. This is my third Lexus and my eight new car and I have to say that this was the easiest and smoothest buying experience. I communicated with David Tran through a quick email, showed up the next day and within 30 minutes we had a deal and all paperwork was signed. David did not try to low ball my trade-in like dealership always do; did not pull the "I have to talk with my sale manager first" to have me waiting. I always do my homework before I buy a car and right from the beginning, he offered me an honest price. We just had to finalize a few details and it was done. Shelley at finance was just as great and all was done within another 10 minutes. David even contacted me a week later to see if I was pleased with my new car. My wife and I dropped into the dealership out of curiosity, we had heard good things about Tony Graham's and the Lexus ES 350 but wanted to check things out. We experienced the best in sales, price, quality of vehicle and subsequent maintenance attention and believe me, this is not our first rodeo!
