I received an email from the dealership advertising a points bonus on winter tires if installed prior to Oct.1 so I dropped in to inquire about availability and prices. The man in the service department said that fall prices had not yet been announced for the 2015 season but should be available shortly. He took my contact details and said he would let me know when he received the information from the tire companies. He gave me an estimate based on last year's prices and made recommendations on which tires he thought would best suit my needs.
A little more than a week later he emailed me to say he had received the 2015 prices and I returned to the dealership to choose my tires and wheels. He worked out the best pricing suggestion using both the points deal or the tire company's rebate.
We set up an appointment time for purchase and installation for my tires in early October. I really appreciated the time he spent with me concerning my purchase.

The detailing package was quoted incorrectly over the phone. I was told that the Silver Package included 4 services for $149 + tax. At time of appt, we were told it was only three for that price. They did alter the 3 services that were included though to better fit what we had been quoted.
Several areas in the backseat area were missed in the detailing.
Taken in at the time of my appointement first problem with the Bluetooth done by the service person right away. Problem with windshield washer taken care of in good time. Quite pleased
